ศูนย์ศึกษาเรียนรู้ระบบนิเวศป่าชายเลนสิรินาถราชินี ถือเป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้ด้านการ ฟื้นฟูป่าชายเลนจากนากุ้งร้างเป็นแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย เดิมทีเป็นนากุ้งที่ได้รับสัมปทาน อยู่ในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติป่าคลองเก่า – คลองคอย ตำบลปากน้ำปราณ อำเภอปราณบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ด้วยน้ำพระราชหฤทัยของพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชและสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์พระบรมราชินีนาถ เมื่อครั้งเสด็จพระราชดำเนินมาที่ปราณบุรี กรมป่าไม้ได้สนองพระราชดำริด้วยการยกเลิกสัมปทานนากุ้ง แล้วรวมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ พัฒนาป่าไม้ปากน้ำปราณบุรีอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ พร้อมเร่งฟื้นฟูป่าชายเลนและกำหนด ให้เป็นพื้นที่เป้าหมายในการปลูกป่าและพัฒนาเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ระบบนิเวศป่าชายเลนในเวลาต่อมา เส้นทางเดินมีสิ่งที่น่าสนใจคือ “ต้นโกงกางประวัติศาสตร์” หรือต้นโกงกางใบเล็กจำนวน 2 ต้น ที่ ในหลวง ร.9 และสมเด็จพระเทพฯทรงปลูกที่ศูนย์แห่งนี้ ต้นโกงกางถือเป็นไม้เด่นประจำป่าชายเลน และด้านในศูนย์ได้รับ 10 สุดยอดประสบการณ์ “มหัศจรรย์ป่าสร้าง” ที่รวมความหลากหลายบรรยากาศแห่งความประทับใจไว้

Sirinat Rachinee Mangrove Ecosystem Learning Center is the first mangrove rehabilitation center from abandoned shrimp farms in Thailand. Originally, it was a shrimp farm located in the Pa Khlong Kao National Forest Reserve - Khlong Khoi, Pak Nam Pran Sub-district. Pranburi District Prachuap Khiri Khan. When the King Rama 9 and the Queen came to Pranburi, The Royal Forest Department responded by canceling the shrimp farming concession and then included as part of the Pak Nam Pranburi Forest Development Project. They accelerated the restoration of mangrove forests and designate them as target areas for reforestation and later develop into a mangrove ecosystem learning center. The walking path has an interesting "historical mangrove tree" or two small-leaved mangrove trees that King Rama 9 and Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn have planted at this center. Inside the center have the top 10 experiences of "Magic Forest Creation".

จากหัวหินใช้เส้นทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 ถนนเพชรเกษมลงมาทางใต้ ผ่านทางเข้าเขาเต่า เลี้ยวซ้ายที่หลักกิโลเมตรที่ 246 เข้าเส้นทางที่จะไปวนอุทยานปราณบุรี ข้ามทางรถไฟ แล้วเลี้ยวขวาใช้เส้นทางที่จะไปปากน้ำปราณ ผ่านตวงสุข เลคฮิลล์รีสอร์ท ตรงไปอีกไม่ไกลจะถึงศูนย์ศึกษาเรียนรู้ระบบนิเวศป่าชายเลนสิรินาถราชินี

From Hua Hin, take Highway No. 4, Petchkasem Road, south. through the entrance to Khao Tao Turn left at 246th kilometer stone , enter the route leading to Pranburi Forest Park, cross the railroad, then turn right and take the route leading to Pak Nam Pran, passing Tuang Suk Lake Hill Resort. Go straight for a short distance to reach the Sirinath Rajini Mangrove Ecosystem Learning Center.
