เป็นแหล่งศึกษาดูงานด้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยเกษตรกรต้นแบบด้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ ของจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ คุณประเสริฐ ยุวกาฬกุล โดยเปิดบ้านเป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงชุมชนบ้านสวน เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้การทำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ให้แก่คนในชุมชนและผู้สนใจทั่วไปได้เป็นตัวอย่าง เป็นการสร้างแรงบันดานใจและสร้างความมั่นคงในในอาชีพให้กับขคนในชุมชนโดยนักท่องเที่ยวจะได้เรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตการทำเกษตรรูปแบบต่าง ๆ รองรับคณะทัศนศึกษาจำนวนมากได้ โดยมีจุดเรียนรู้ที่น่าสนใจมากมาย ได้แก่ ฐานการเรียนรู้ผักพื้นบ้าน ฐานน้ำหมักมีชีวิต ฐานข้าวอินทรีย์ ฐานตลาดเกษตรชุมชน และฐานเกษตรเพื่อพ่อเป็นต้น ปัจจุบันสวนแห่งนี้มีเกษตรกร และนักท่องเที่ยวแวะเวียนเข้ามาเยี่ยมชม และศึกษาดูงานตลอดทั้งปี
