อ่าวบ่อทองหลาง เป็นอ่าวขนาดเล็กๆ ตั้งอยู่ที่ ตำบลแม่รำพึง อำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ที่นี่จะมีจุดเด่น คือ มีชายหาดโค้งจนเกือบจะเป็นรูปวงกลมสวยมากๆ ชายหาดสีขาวนวล เวลาที่น้ำลดจะเห็นแนวหาดทรายขึ้นมา เหมาะสำหรับการเล่นน้ำทะเลเป็นอย่างมากเลยค่ะ เลยทำให้มีนักท่องเที่ยวมาเล่นน้ำพักผ่อนกันที่นี่ เพราะระดับน้ำจะตื้น ไม่ลึกจนเกินไป และยังมีเกาะหินอยู่ตรงกลางอ่าวอีกด้วย และเนื่องจากที่นี่เป็นอ่าว มีหินล้อมรอบ ทำให้คลื่นทะเลเข้ามาไม่ได้ เลยเล่นน้ำเดินชมชายหาดได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย ส่วนบริเวณชายหาดก็จะมีร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร ให้บริการนักท่องเที่ยว รวมถึงเก้าอี้ชายหาดที่สามารถนั่งทานอาหารบนชายหาดได้ ต้องบอกเลยว่าค่อนข้างแปลกใจว่า ทำไมที่ อ่าวบ่อทองหลาง แห่งนี้ ถึงไม่ค่อยมีใครรู้จักมากนัก เพราะนอกจากความสวยงามของอ่าวที่โค้งแล้วนั้น น้ำทะเลที่นี่ ยังใสมากๆ และบรรยากาศก็ดีมากอีกด้วย นั่งทานข้าวริมหาดเพลินๆ พร้อมกับลมเย็นๆ ต้องบอกว่าฟินลืมค่ะ และที่สำคัญ ไฮไลท์อยู่ที่การได้เดินไปอ่าวใกล้ๆ กันอีกฝั่งหนึ่ง ให้อารมณ์เหมือนกับการเดิน ทะเลแหวก ที่สวยพอๆ กับทะเลในภาคใต้อีกด้วย เผลอๆ อาจจะสวยกว่าด้วยค่ะ เพราะยังไม่ค่อยมีนักท่องเที่ยวมามากนัก และ อ่าวบ่อทองหลาง นี้ ก็อยู่ใกล้ๆ กับ วัดบ่อทองหลาง อีกด้วยนะคะ เล่นน้ำเสร็จก็แวะไปไหว้พระกันได้ มาที่เดียวแต่เที่ยวได้ถึงสองที่เลยค่ะ

ใช้ทางหลวงหมายเลข 4 กิโลเมตรที่ 397 พอเจอทางแยกก็เข้า อำเภอบางสะพาน ทางด้านซ้ายมือ จากนั้นก็ไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 3169 แล้วต่อด้วยถนนกลางอ่าว เลียบหาดไปสักพักก็จะถึงทางเข้า อ่าวบ่อทองหลาง
