เป็นสถานที่ปฏิบัติธรรม "สำนักปฏิบัติวิปัสสนาวิวัฏฏะ มูลนิธิปราณีสำเริงราชย์" เกิดจากการเริ่มต้นของ พระวรวิทย์วรธมโมและคณะ ที่มีความเลื่อมใสศรัทธาในพระพุทธศาสนาและการปฏิบัติธรรม จึงสร้างสถานปฏิบัติธรรมเพื่อเผยแพร่แนวทางการปฏิบัติวิปัสสนานอกจากนั้น วัดแห่งนี้ยังมีพระบรมสารีริกธาตุรอยพระพุทธบาทจำลอง พระพุทธรูป และเจดีย์พระธาตุพนมจำลองตั้งเด่นสวยงามบนยอดเขา  และยังเป็นจุดชมวิวที่สวยงามมากๆ สามารถมองเห็นตัวเมืองหัวหิน เขาตะเกียบ อุทยานราชภักดิ์ และชายหาดหัวหินอีกด้วย

Wat Khao Sanam Chai is a place of Buddhist practice under the guidance of the "Vipassana Meditation Practice Center, Pra Maha Siri Sangharaj Foundation." It originated from Phra Worawisutthi Waramo and his disciples, who had a profound faith in Buddhism and meditation. Therefore, they established this meditation center to propagate the principles of Vipassana meditation.

Additionally, this temple houses replicas of the Buddha's relics, a footprint of the Buddha, Buddha statues, and a beautiful replica of Phra That Phanom stupa, prominently situated at top of the hill. It also offers stunning panoramic views where you can see Hua Hin town, Khao Takiab, Ratchapak Park, and Hua Hin Beach.
